Procedure
for Local
& PR Applicants.
* Job Applicant view the Agency Job Advertisements, Send in their resume.
* Job Agency reviews their Resume, short list of suitable candidates.
* Phone interview/ Agency interview: clarification and verification
of working
experience by Job
Agency. applicant will discuss their
career plans & expected
salary etc. medical conditions, current basic salary etc to be
declared by applicants
Our Agency Terms will be notified by email & view at
our website:
www.jbcl-hr.com.sg
* If suitable, Agency will start the Matching Process, Agency will
contact & made
recommendation
to employers.
* If short listed by employers for interview, brief company info &
job scope etc
will be provided to
candidate through the agency by phone , Candidate may give
feedback to our agency on
the prospective employers & job scope.
* Interview Arrangements, Upon verbal confirmation by candidate, Detailed info
will be sent to candidate via email.
* Interview appointments, Once confirmed, Candidate must attend the
interview as
per the agreed arrangements
and the agency's guideline as stated in our email.
* Interview results, In 2-3 days, Agency will obtain feedback / job offer
from the
employer ( if any ).
* Clarification of job offer, Job confirmation / date of commencements and
our
Agency Terms. all these will be through phone.
* Signing of Letter of Employment Letter& Agency Terms. (
T&C )
Upon accepted the job
offer by the candidate, Agency will made arrangement for
candidate to sign the employment letter with the employer.
Subsequently ( within 3 working days), Candidate must go to Agency
website to
sign & return Agency T&C ( www.jbcl-hr.com.sg.

: Please note that for our short listed candidates, there is no
charge
of recruitment fee by our
agency, However, A fee will be
charged if the candidate
accepted the
job offer but failed to start work or shows no interest, commitment ,
misconduct, absenteeism,
or leave the employment during the
first 3 months of new
employment.
