1. Do Research In Advance · General company information can be obtained from their website about their history, products, clients, financial performance, as well as future plans and strategies for growth. · Information about the job can also be gleaned from the website, job advertisements, job title, reporting duties and requirements. · The company culture and work environment.
2. Interview Day · Find out beforehand, the location and how to get there. · Be properly attired and ensure that your appearance is clean and neat. · Appropriate body language i.e. good posture, eye contact and be professional. · Good presentation style i.e. dynamic, enthusiastic, excited, interested, attentive. · Communication skills i.e. expressive, articulate, concise, focused and direct.
