1) Job applicants are to send in their resume. 2) Our agency will review their resume’s and short list suitable candidates. 3) Phone interview/agency interview: clarification and verification of candidates’ working experience by our agency. Applicants are to discuss their career plans, expected salary, existing medical conditions, current basic salary, etc. (Agency Terms & Conditions available on this website). 4) If the candidate is suitable, our agency will start the matching process and we will make recommendations to employers. 5) If candidates have been short listed by the employer, we will provide brief company info and job scope, etc. to the candidate. Candidates may give feedback to our agency about the prospective employers. 6) Upon verbal confirmation of the interview by the candidate, detailed info will be sent to the candidate via email. 7) Once the interview appointment is confirmed, candidates must attend the interview as per the agreed arrangements and must follow the agency guidelines as stated in the email that will be sent. 8) In 2-3 days, the agency will obtain feedback/job offer from the employer (If any). 9) The clarification of job offer, job confirmation and date of commencement as well as agreement to our agency terms will be done over the phone. 10) Upon acceptance of the job offer by the candidate, the agency will make arrangements for the candidate to sign the employment letter with the employer. **Important: Please note that for short listed candidates, there will be no charge of recruitment fees by our agency. However, a fee will be charged if the candidate accepts the job offer but fails to start work or shows no interest, commitment, displays misconduct, absenteeism or tenders his/her resignation within the first 3 months of new employment.
