Our History

1998 - 2001 (Recruitment for Electronic Industries)

· June 1998 - JBCL HR CONSULTANCY was founded to meet the needs for Software & Hi-tech Mechanical Design Engineering in Semiconductor Automation Industries. We mainly engaged in placement of managers, engineers as well as technical specialists. Our clients are mainly US MNC’s and public listed companies such as K&S, MIT, STI, Philips, Siemens Etc.

· April 1999 - The year of recovery growth in Electronic PCBA, IT and telecommunication sectors. Our Manufacturing Recruitment website (www.jbcl-hr.com.sg) was launched to hire degree/dip./NTC/ITC Technical staff. (i.e. EMS, PCBA Engineering, Technical, Hi-tech equipment automation)

· April 2000-2001 - Launching of IT recruitment activities to support the tremendous demand for Software engineers, web developers (C++, Java and ASP), and Systems & Network admin engineers. These include contractual and permanent placements for the e-commerce industry.

 

 2002 - 2005 (Recruitment for Precision Engineering Industries)

· April 2002-2005 - Launching of recruitment activities in Precision engineering with a strong focus on technical and engineering jobs in precision engineering manufacturing sectors (i.e. plastics injection molding, stamping, precision tooling and machining industries)

· Oct 2005 - Launching of recruitment activities in air-con, electrical & instrumentation, M&E engineering, intelligent building automation, building construction, and plant engineering

 

2006 - Present (Recruitment for Oil & Gas Engineering and Construction Industries)

· April 2006 - Creation of a new area of expertise to handle the recruitment needs for Oil & Gas engineering and managerial positions. We source for local, PR, Malaysian, Indian and other nationalities with many years of working experience in the industry.

· Oct 2006 - Launching of recruitment activities for EPCC Oil & Gas projects based locally & overseas. (South East Asia, China, Middle East, Etc.)

· April 2007 - Launching of recruitment activities for water & infrastructure engineering sectors in order to support land and water reclamation, waste water treatment and MRT projects.

· Oct 2007 - Launching of recruitment activities for civil/structural consulting and engineering firms. The main focus been on the Marina, Sentosa IR and other large scale development projects.

· April 2008 - Launching of recruitment activities for FPSO and E&P Projects located in Asia.
